Chic & Slashed Dresses

Ah-mazing is the word for them!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sexy  and strategically placed laser-cut slashes gives these dresses a peekaboo effect that adds just the right amount of attitude. Me likeyyyyyyyy.

Ruffian Manicure:Hot or Not?

The half-moon manicure is re-emerging as the hot fashion trend for fall. It is also referred to as the “Ruffian manicure”. It’s basically a “reversed French” manicure. I’ll be adding this to my to-try-in-2011 list 🙂

Your thoughts?

English Fashion Icon: Victoria Beckham

With age comes a different but great taste in fashion. I am officially in love with Victoria Beckham’s clothing line. I find the dresses so lady-like, sophisticated and glamorous. She is following right into the footsteps of Princess Diana the Queen of Fashion and setting her own trends.

Don’t you just love her signature pose?

Style Icon: Scott Disick

Move over Diddy and Jay-Z, a Hollywood newbie has literally taken over. For those who don’t recognize him, he stars on Keeping Up With the Kardashians as Kourtney’s boyfriend. He may be portrayed as a douche bag in the show but in my eyes, he’s always preppy, clean, sophisticated and well suited 99.99% of the time. I may not have the perfect eye for male fashion but his custom-made/cut-to-the-bone suits, colorful shirts and ties and out of this world shoes do speak for themselves.

Happy viewing 🙂

First Lady Fashion & Style

I must say I really love the way the First Lady has a strong sense of fashion. There was a lot to choose from so I just put together some of the looks I loved the most.

Did I mention that she has the height, the body, the grace & swag and the beauty to go with it?

Viva la fashion 🙂

Rent The Runway

Good news!!!!! For all those who’ve been glued to their TV screens for the red carpets and flipping through magazine pages admiring celebrities in their beautiful designer gowns and wishing you had one just like that, stop wishing and start browsing. Here is a website from where you can rent the exact same designer gowns for your special occasions. May sound weird but I’d rather rent than buy because at the end of the day, you’ll have a $500-$1000 gown collecting dust at the back of the closet, why waste.  Head over to http://renttherunway.com and see for yourself.
